The air was thick and black as the clouds of an oncoming storm began to rise above the horizon beyond the waters of the Stormwind port. Anduin, son of the King of Stormwind, sat upon the marble stone wall of the barracks, staring out past the lighthouse toward the great sea in the distance. The sea appeared calm but fearful, just as Anduin's heart felt that evening: calm but fearful. Sitting there as he was, he began to hum a bedtime song his mother once sang to him before bed. As much as it may have comforted him during the moments his mother sang that particular song to him, Anduin continued to be in a restless state sitting there upon the high wall of the city.
"He's over there, sir." Anduin turned his head round to see one of the tower guards pointing at him and another man starting to approach. Anduin recognized the tall man immediately and turned back to his view of the sea.
"I was hoping to have found you in the library, my young friend," said the man as he came walking up to Anduin. He leaned up against the wall opposite of Anduin, propped his foot up against it and crossed his arms.
"A storm is coming, Bolvar," said Anduin, "and an even bigger one is on its' way here," He pointed toward the sea. The clouds shifted and flashes of light could be seen off in the distance. "Will they be able to get past this storm before it strikes us?"
From behind him, Bolvar Fordragon lifted his eyes to view the waters and sky. "I know not," he said, lowering his head. As if a quick change in subject Bolvar pushed himself off the wall by his shoulders and stood upright. He reached out his hand to help the young Anduin to his feet. "Come, my friend," he said to the boy, "Staying here in waiting will not calm your uneasy heart." Anduin said nothing except continue to look out past the sea. Bolvar leaned down closer against his knee and spoke again, "Come, Anduin. The night will go faster."
Anduin looked at the offering hand for a moment. He gave a sigh through his nose and finally accepted Bolvar's gesture. As the two began to walk down the marble stone steps of the wall, Anduin's heart seemed surprisingly lighter and a bit of content overcame him as he walked with his guardian toward the Trade District of Stormwind.
"I have not seen mist so thick since our clan traversed through the Zangarmarsh swamps," said Gorull as the large sail boat glided upon the great sea. Gorull, a tall and muscular draenei from Nagrand leaned against the bow railing of the ship. His bright purple eyes trying to peer through the thick mist clouds rising off the waters. "I cannot see the shine of the lighthouse," he growled to himself. Gorull turned around and walked across the ship's deck. The hooves of his feet made tip-toeing impossible against the wooden floorboards of the ship. He walked slowly across the ship, his hands cupped behind his back and his shoulders broad. As he walked past a fellow draenei sea-woman he told her, "Keep a watchful eye."
Gorull walked a little further to the captain's cabin. He open its' door and entered the small room, ducking his big head through the doorway. At the opposite end of the room there stood, turning around, a very beautiful light blue-skinned female draenei gently rubbing the underneath of her swollen pregnant belly. Gorull gave a sign of respect to her as he entered the cabin of the ship. "My lady, Lusha," said Gorull with a smile.
Lusha smiled. "Oh, Gorull," she said with a smile and sigh, looking down at her belly. Lusha's voice was as soft as a voice may get. Her gentleness was as warm as the winds of a summer's day. Yet her cries of war can shatter that of even the most reinforced steel and send an echo of fear through her enemies. "Our daughter," she continued sliding her hand on the underpart of her swollen abdomen, "has been moving around quite a bit of this trip."
Gorull approached her. His strong heart filled with love as he stared at his beautiful wife. "The rocking of the ship has made her uneasy." He knelt down in front of her belly. He looked up at her and smiled while humming a calm gentle song. He placed his right hand upon Lusha's abdomen and a warm yellow glow appeared coming out of Gorull's palm and enveloped Lusha's whole body. The was a gentle scent of wildflowers in the room. Gorull's eyes were closed as he silently whispered an incantation. When the light faded the restless unborn child within Lusha's belly calmed, relaxed and stopped moving.
At that moment there came a shout from outside calling out, "All hail! Stormwind Port off the starboard bow!"

Prelude
Medivh stepped up to the altar to see a familiar figure already standing there before the portal. "Neltharion," he said quietly over the hushed gusts of the portal's winds.
"Medivh," said the other, his voice dark and menacing as he turned around, "I must say it does not at all surprise me to see you here as well." Neltharion continued.
"The Aspects have sounded the call," said Medivh throwing back the hood of his cloak. "Azeroth will see a great change. The Aspects do not summon likely."
"Yes, Medivh, Azeroth will change. When that time comes, your world will be in ruins. Until such time," Neltharion continued beginning to transform into a massive armour-scaled Dragon with a huge head, his voice deepening and bellowing, "Until such time, Medivh," He said looking down at the sorcerer who was backing away, "my hatred will burned through the cavernous deeps. The world will heave with my torment. Its' wretched kingdoms will quake beneath my rage. And at last, the whole of Azeroth will break..." Neltharion leaned in his giant head toward Medivh. His orange piercing eyes staring directly at him. Neltharion continued, "And all will burn beneath the shadow of my wings!"
Medivh looked up at the massive Dragon hovering over him without even the slightest tremble of fear and replied, "Before my time is done, my sword will be stained with your blood... Deathwing."
Neltharion growled upon hearing the proper name. Then slowly he stepped backward through the portal and disappeared leaving Medivh standing there with hatred in his heart.
